Eye-Fi is dedicated to building products and services that help consumers navigate, nurture and share their visual memories. Eye-Fi cards work with Wi-Fi networks to automatically send photos from a digital camera to online, in-home and retail destinations. The support team was looking for a better way to present information in an effort to lower support call volume. I designed and developed the website at Zooka Creative. I also developed a custom Content Management System built on the WordPress platform to help site administrators to easily add and remove support topics. The site design resulted in approximately 25% less call volume.
